Techcontrol has its own engineering, machining, boiler making, assembly, finishing, metrology, and pinout structures. All sectors equipped with cutting-edge features for employees to develop their activities.Technical staff composed of 7 designers who use SOLIDWORS Professional CAD software in state-of-the-art workstations.
Primary structure composed of 6 CNC machining centers, 2 milling machines, CNC lathe machine, wire spark erosion and CAM POWERMILL software. All the machinery provides a productive capacity of high precision and excellent dimensional volume (1000x1000x2000)mm.
Primary structure consists of 2 CNC coordinate measuring machines with CAI PC-DMIS 3D software. This structure provides the capability of comparison measurements by the CAD model with precision in the order of 0.01 mm and an excellent dimensional volume (1000x1200x2200) mm.
